1. Service Description

GetLegalPage provides AI-generated legal document templates, including Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policies, customized based on information you provide through our questionnaire. These documents are templates and are not legal advice.

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate documents based on standard legal frameworks and your specific inputs. While we strive to produce high-quality, compliance-aware documents, the output should be reviewed to ensure it meets your specific legal requirements.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

GetLegalPage is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using our Service. The documents generated are templates intended to serve as a starting point for your legal compliance needs.

For complex, highly regulated, or high-risk businesses, we strongly recommend having a qualified attorney review any documents generated through our Service before publishing or relying on them.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

4. Intellectual Property

Your Documents: Documents generated through our Service belong to you, the purchaser. You are free to use, edit, publish, and distribute them as needed for your business.

Our Platform: The GetLegalPage platform, including its design, code, branding, AI models, prompts, and underlying technology, remains the intellectual property of GetLegalPage. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the platform itself.

5. Payment and Pricing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change. All purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges. Current pricing:

  • Single Document: $14 (one-time)
  • Complete Bundle (all 3 documents): $29 (one-time)

Purchased documents include free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of payment for a full refund. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetLegalPage and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific document or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the documents generated will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific legal requirements. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated documents as a competing service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or access the Service in bulk

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.
